Our Same Day Shipping
99.9% of orders Place before 12:00 pm EST will Ship Same Day. If any of the items on the order are out of stock, you will be contacted by one of our Sales Team members wihtin 24 hours of placing your order.
Orders that are completed after 12:00 pm EST will be moved to ship the following day.
To break this down:
If you place an order at 9:34 am est on Thursday, it will be shipped Thursday, set to arrive depending upon the shipping method selected.
If you place an order at 12:02 pm est on a Thursday, it will be set to ship out Friday.
If you place an order, set to be shipped same day, and we are not able to accommodate this order due to an item being out of stock, you will be contacted as soon as possible following the completion of your order. We review orders every morning to ensure their fulfillment.
****If you desire to cancel or change an order, please keep in mind that our goal for a speedy processing and shipping process could result in your order being shipped before your request for change or cancel. Please check your order confirmation and contact us ASAP with order changes to prevent multiple shipments. We are happy to make changes and add to orders.

How Do We Ship?
Economy Shipping Method- Orders may Ship via Fed Ex Ground or USPS. Please Provide the necessary address information to successfully complete either method if you have selected Economy Shipping. We select either Fed Ex or USPS depending upon you geographic location to us. This method is provided as a way to offer a low price shipping method, while still taking advantage of the efficiency of either Fed Ex or USPS. Delivery time will range from 1-5 Business days from the Date of Shipment. Keep in mind that the first business day is the first day in transit, not the order day.


Our Packaging Practices
One of our greatest goals as an internet retailer is to package your items for arrival in the same condition as if you took them off a shelf at a brick and mortar store. That being said sometimes packages much travel great distances and may not always be handled with the same care. If your package arrives and there appears to be obvious damage to the exterior of the package, make note to your delivery driver. We would request to be notified immediately. Customer Service and Satisfaction are Top Priorities of ours. We typically would request a picture to be taken of the damage to the package before opening to inventory the items. Give us a call or send us an email so we can work with you to ensure that all your items are present and in perfect condition. We are here to assist you with this process. If items arrive in a compromised condition, we will address the issue in order to get you the parts you ordered in a timely manner.
Our Hassle Free Return Policy
We want the return process to be as simple as possible. You are welcome to return any items in brand new and unused condition within 30 days of receiving your items. Simply repackage your order, include a written or typed out explanation of your return and contact information for processing. You are welcome to use your return towards the purchase of additional items. All returns will be processed within four days of arrival to our location. Keep in mind to repackage items safely to prevent damage in shipment. Also, use a notable service such as Fed Ex, USPS, or UPS that will also provide you with tracking information.
